Born and brought up in Bombay, India, Hormuz Dadabhoy moved to Canada in 2008 for his final years of high school. His lifelong interest in radio plays led him to work as a radio actor for the BBC in 2006. Hormuz is a second-year undergraduate student at the University of Toronto, studying Asia-Pacific studies, environmental biology, and semiotic anthropology. Through his undergraduate studies, Hormuz hopes to both pursue his longheld passions and develop new interests as he seeks fresh ways to understand the rapidly changing world. It is Hormuz’s fundamental belief that education can change the world by uniting people from different regions and cultures for peace and a sustainable future.
